Teens to Learn “Survival 101” in Williamsport

MONTOURSVILLE – Teens in Lycoming Valley Middle School, Lycoming County will learn about preventing teen crashes from a specially-trained Williamsport Police officer Thursday, March 26. “Survival 101” is the name of the program sponsored through PennDOT’s Drive Safe PA program. Survival 101 includes a high-impact, multi-media portion and an officer portion where the officer talks about his experiences dealing with the tragedy of teen driving crashes.

Survival 101 is being presented in conjunction with PennDOT’s latest Click It or Ticket seat belt enforcement mobilization (March 23 – April 12, 2009).
